Select the request that matches what you’re trying to do.
Complete your request
Follow the guided steps and built‑in guidance to submit confidently. Then upload your document if required.
Receive confirmation
You'll see an on-screen confirmation, so you know everything has landed with the right team.
On-platform processes
If you are looking to do an on-platform process (like switches, Aberdeen SIPP drawdown etc) you will need to log in to Wrap and complete the wizard.
For access to Wrap, please use your firm’s usual Wrap log in details. If your firm does not have its own version of Wrap you can log in below.
